One of the simplest and most popular recipes for barbecues or all year round: tomato mozzarella . You can find this dish on tables everywhere! Moni and Elisabeth from ZweiSchwestern have conjured it up again and arranged it beautifully in our Eelina bowl. If you want to try it out, you can find the exact recipe below, although everyone probably knows it, right?! ;)
PS: it tastes even better with home-grown tomatoes from your own garden :)
Ingredients:
2 packs of mozzarella (small balls)
250 g cherry tomatoes
10-12 dried tomatoes
optional capers
1 handful of basil leaves
Olive oil, balsamic vinegar
Pepper, salt
Here's how:
Prepare 4 plates and arrange the mozzarella balls in a circle on the plate, some whole, some quartered or halved. Wash the cherry tomatoes and place them on the plate, also halved or quartered. Cut the dried tomatoes into thin strips and distribute them on the plates, sprinkle with capers if desired.
Season with olive oil, balsamic vinegar, pepper and salt. Finally, distribute the basil leaves on the plates and serve with baguette.
Enjoy it!

They offer wonderful baking courses in their small studio in Kempten - it's worth being quick, as the courses are very popular and places are quickly taken.
