Easter is just around the corner. Have you decorated for Easter yet? We've already baked a little foretaste for the Easter Bunny: super light butter biscuits in the shape of a bunny with chocolate ears, a snub nose and a stubby tail.

- 300 g wheat flour
- 1 level teaspoon baking powder
- 100 g icing sugar
- 2 pinches of salt
- ½ Ro. Vanilla flavour
- 1 egg (size M)
- 125 g soft butter

Chocolate coating for the chocolate ears

1. Preheat the oven (180 degrees) and line the baking tray with baking paper
2. Mix all ingredients together in a mixing bowl to form a dough
3. Roll out the cookie dough thinly on a floured work surface and cut out with a rabbit shape
4. Place on the baking tray with the 🐰 and bake for approx. 8-10 minutes
5. Allow to cool well and then dip the bunny ears in melted chocolate and decorate as desired
