Payment Methods

At EDDA Stoneware you can choose and pay different payment methods. The entire payment process is securely encrypted. Credits or refunds will be made using the payment method used for the original payment.

Advance payment/bank transfer

We must receive payment within 7 days of successfully placing your order. If we do not receive payment on time, we (EDDA Stoneware) are entitled to cancel the order. Any transfer costs and bank charges must be borne by you. Your order will be shipped after receipt of your payment.

The payment amount must be transferred to the account specified in the order confirmation. Please always state the order number as the intended purpose - you will also find this in the order confirmation that you receive by email. Please note that some banks may charge separate transfer fees for transactions from abroad. This is completely independent of Motel a Miio and must be clarified with the respective bank. Available for all of our Delivery countries except for Switzerland.

Credit & debit card via Shopify Payments

We accept Visa, Mastercard (Eurocard), Maestro, Amex and UnionPay. At the end of the ordering process, please enter your card number, the expiry date and the verification number on the back of your credit card. The verification number consists of the last three digits of the number in the signature field. We do not store your credit card details. Available for all of our Delivery countries .

KLARNA invoice & installment purchase via Shopify Payments

We offer the payment options invoice and installment purchase in cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden. Payment is made to Klarna.

Invoice: The payment period is 30 days from dispatch of the goods. You can find further information about Klarna here .

Installment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase in fixed or flexible monthly installments under the terms specified in the checkout. The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna sends a monthly invoice. The use of the payment methods invoice and installment purchase requires a positive credit check. In this respect, as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks. Please understand that we can only offer you the payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check. You will receive general information about Klarna here . KLARNA Pay immediately via Shopify Payments

Pay immediately via instant transfer with Klarna:
Sofortüberweisung is a direct bank transfer that works with your online banking data. You choose your country and your bank. Then log in with your online banking details. The data is sent to your bank in encrypted form. Some banks will send you an additional confirmation PIN to your smartphone, which you must use once to confirm your transaction. As soon as the bank transfer is successful, we will receive a confirmation and process your order.
Pay immediately by direct debit with Klarna:
When making your purchase, select Pay Now at the checkout. Select direct debit as your payment method. Enter your bank details and the payment will be automatically debited from your account a few days later. Klarna remembers your bank details so that you can pay even faster with 1 click for your next purchase. Absolutely safe and smoooth!
Pay immediately by credit card with Klarna:
When making your purchase, select Pay Now at the checkout. Select credit card as your payment method. Enter your credit card details as usual and the debit will be automatically made from your card. EPS transfer above ber Shopify Payments

The eps transfer is based on the respective online banking of the banks offering eps and enables all buyers to process payments easily and securely when making purchases over the Internet. Use your usual online banking system without additional registration or additional costs: simple, familiar, convenient and secure. Available for the following countries: Austria.

iDEAL above Shopify Payments

iDEAL enables secure online payments directly between bank accounts. If you select iDEAL as your payment method, you can use your familiar online banking to transfer the purchase amount. Available for the following countries: Netherlands.
